David, James and Jon are from Hays’ Triton Street office in London – they are comprised of a Lancashire man, Yorkshireman, and a Scot (hence the team’s name). We are also pleased to be joined by Kai Becker, the Chair of Helping for your tomorrow, Hays’ charity and fundraising programme. Inspired by the mission of Every Youth, we have signed up for this year’s Reach Your Peak challenge to take on a 1,700m ascent, including England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike. We'll be walking 23km across the Lake District National Park, tackling 10 peaks in just one day. Our goal is to not only complete the challenge with minimal injuries, but to also raise awareness and much needed funds for Every Youth, to support the incredible work they do in helping to transform the lives of disadvantaged young people across the UK.
