On May 10, 2025, TSD team and I are taking on Tough Mudder London West to raise money for UNICEF’s Children of Gaza Crisis Appeal.

The situation in Gaza is heartbreaking. Thousands of children and their families are caught in the middle of a devastating conflict. Since last year, relentless violence has destroyed homes, critical infrastructure, and vital supply routes. Many are now running out of food, water, electricity, and medicine.

Despite the incredibly dangerous conditions, UNICEF is on the ground, delivering life-saving supplies like medicine and clean water, as well as providing mental health support to children who desperately need it.

But they can’t do it alone. That’s why we’re stepping up—and why I’m asking for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in helping UNICEF reach more children and families in need.
