Story
41/2 years ago my hubby, fern, james and justins dad was diagnosed with alzhiemers disease. It was a blow, and I was shocked at the stigmas still attatched to dementia. It affects each and every person differently. We were quite positive and tried to do lots of lovely things together. It was unfortunate coronavirus stole our last year of memory making with the person who taught us as all how to love and laugh. Many dont know, understandably, much about dementia . Many dont know its a disease which kills you.
Trev was always fit and healthy, so with this in mind, weve decided to continue to make memories and make lots of dosh for alzhemers.
Please please support us, every £1 counts, have a quick whip round and lets get cracking. Were doing a 13 mile trek at stonehenge.. it may not seem a lot to some but trust me this is to us, and this is just the beginning.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
