Welcome to the Towy Trampers fundraising page. We are a mix of care workers and our family who we have persuaded to join us for worthwhile cause. We have worked together at towy castle care home for many years and always on the lookout for a challenge!The alzheimer's society is an amazing charity that provides comfort, support, practical advice & continuing research to help beat this terrible illness. We see first hand how dementia affects people and their loved ones. We are proud to supporting this wonderful charity and will be doing it for our residents , they are our inspiration 💙
