Anthony and Lee work together at RAF Valley in North Wales for Affinity Flying Training Services on the Texan aircraft. They are both passionate about Mental Health and have signed up together to do a Skydive for the Mind charity to raise money to help to ensure that nobody has to deal with Mental Health difficulties in silence and alone anymore!

Here is what they had to say -

Anthony - "Since training to be a Mental Health champion in work I have spent a lot of time learning about mental health and how much it affects each and every one of us every single day.

The MIND charity does so much to help and they save people's lives every minute of the day from mental health issues. This is why I have chosen MIND as my charity with a hope, with your support, that I can raise even a few pounds which will be able to help someone with their own mental health issues. It could be you, or somebody you know, a loved one who suffers in silence? But they can get the help they need.

I have suffered with my own mental health over the years and feel passionately about helping anyone who is suffering. I have learnt a lot about myself through Mental Health training and I feeI great about being open and honest about it. It is really great to see more and more people coming forward and asking for help with their own Mental Health Issues. It is the professional help, support and advice from fantastic charities like MIND that are making it easier every day for people living with Mental Health Issues. I hope we can get some support along the way and raise some money to give our own support to the team at Mind."

Lee - "I've had my own personal mental health struggles the past few years, and thankfully, I had really good support around me. Everybody struggles daily in their own personal ways. Talking and being honest is the best remedy.

As terrifying as a SkyDive will be....I didn't think twice when I found out we could raise money for a fantastic charity like Mind who will help so many more people with their Mental Health."
