In September 2024, ForRangers Ultra participants took on the challenge of making their way across 230 km of Kenyan trails. They are raising funds to improve rangers' lives and boost rhino conservation.

Story

In September 2024, a team of us from Tom's Trunks will be undertaking an extreme 230km self-sufficient ultra-marathon race across five Kenyan wildlife conservancies over five days.

This challenging endeavour aims to raise funds for For Rangers and Save the Rhino International, supporting vital wildlife and land conservation efforts in Africa.

The funds raised will support amazing initiatives committed to maintaining and restoring our natural habitats, ensuring a future for African wildlife, ecosystems and businesses.

Since 2003, over 1000 rangers have lost their lives safeguarding Africa’s wildlife heritage. For Rangers is a campaign that supports these everyday heroes through extreme endurance events, providing them with essential equipment, life insurance, and education.

By supporting those who put their lives on the line, we ensure our our endangered wildlife is protected and can continue to exist.

This will be a huge challenge, physically and mentally, and any support you can give would be so appreciated to push us through.
