My father Tom sadly passed away after a short battle with pancreatic cancer leaving behind his wife, 4 sons and 9 grandkids. We would like to ask guests at his funeral to donate to relevant charities in his memory.

It was a shock to both him and us when he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given only a short while to live. We would like to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK so we can contribute in a small way to further research into treatments for this cruel disease.

Phyllis Tuckwell were fantastic in the final stages of his life, supporting us with his care and allowing him to remain at home, we could not have done it without them!
