Story

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page. 😊

Tracy and Teresa (TnT) are taking part in a Fundraising Challenge which will benefit the John Van Geest Research Charity, established within Nottingham Trent University. All the funds that we raise will go towards benefiting people who are suffering from cancer, 100% of every donation will be redirected to cancer research.

We aim to complete 248,000 steps each during May to support this ground breaking research. The centre's current priority areas include prostate cancer, breast cancer, leukaemia and aggressive brain cancer as there is a real and urgent need for new approaches to treat these aggressive, life-threatening cancers which are resistant to current therapies.

None of this can happen without the support of donors and volunteer fundraisers. We understand the impact that cancer has and have seen first hand the pain and devastation Cancer has on a family. We are all grateful for any donation you can make – big or small. Every penny counts!
