Take on Great Britain's three highest mountains in the Dementia UK Three Peaks Challenge. Together, #TeamDementiaUK is trekking for more dementia specialist Admiral Nurses who provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia.

Story

We are taking on the ultimate UK trekking challenge, the National Three Peaks – climbing 3000m and walking 26 miles across the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales! We are raising money for Dementia UK, who support families with a loved one that has been diagnosed with dementia, providing free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. Our nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care to families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. They help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them so they have the strength to cope with the bad days, and the energy to enjoy the good days. They have the time to listen and the knowledge to solve problems, helping families take back control when they are struggling.
