Our team has decided once again to don on their hiking boots and attempt the formidable Welsh 3000s. On the first attempt in 2019 we tried to complete this challenge inside 24hrs, however we came off worse for wear. So we have now decided to attempt the route in a still demanding period of 48hrs to give our team a fighting chance of success. 26 miles and 13,000ft of ascent summiting all 15 of Snowdonia’s 3000ft peaks.

We have chosen Community Action Nepal as our charity as this was founded by one of Britain's top mountaineers, Doug Scott, who was the first Briton to scale Mount Everest by the formidable south west face in 1975.

Community Action Nepal is a charity that works with remote communities in the Tsum-Nubri valleys of the Nepalese Himalaya. We deliver education, health and livelihood programmes to help these communities to improve their quality of life, reduce donor dependency and increase their resilience in the face of natural disasters, volatile weather conditions and global health emergencies.
