Thanks for taking the time to visit our page. On 9 July 2022, 13 of us will be climbing the three highest mountains in the UK, within 24 hours, in order to raise money for Mind. Mind is a mental health charity who aim to make sure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone.

We are raising money for Mind as, at the end of April 2020, Joe Byrne's older brother Rob sadly took his own life. He was just 34 years old.

We remember Rob as a generous and loving brother who always did his best to ensure those around him were having fun. He had an huge impact on Joe, and helped him build the confidence and belief that he needed growing up.

It was his fun-loving and happy-go-lucky nature that made it even more surprising to lose him to suicide and learn of the mental health struggles he was silently suffering.

We are keen to ensure that other young men or women do not find themselves in similar situation to Rob and we want to do all we can to help prevent others experiencing the loss of a family member to suicide.
