This is my 50th year, and I want to spend the year having new experiences and challenging myself.

As part of this, Theresa and I are taking on MTW Hospitals Charity Abseil on Saturday 15 June to raise funds for Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, an organisation we are proud to work for.

We will be descending 100ft down Tunbridge Wells Hospital and to say we are nervous is an understatement, but with your kind donations we know that we will be making a difference to the lives of patients, visitors and staff.

We know times are tough for everyone at the moment, but every pound donated to this challenge will be used by the Charity to purchase specialist equipment and support patient support groups as well as well-being initiatives for staff.
