As a student, you have to sit for long periods of time to do things like work on the computer or read at night. There are times when the pain in your neck, back, and shoulders is unbearable.

It might begin in your back or spine and move to your neck, back, and back again. Sometimes it starts in the shoulders and makes you feel like you're going to pass out right away.

All of these things happened to me for a long time until I finally found a way to fix them.

Have people told you that you'll have to spend a lot of money to get rid of your neck and back pain? You know that deep pain in your neck, back, shoulder, or back? Have you tried everything and nothing has helped?
