Event: Trek26 Brecon Beacons - 13 miles (Sunday), on 5 September 2021
Journey through a spectacular area of wild moorland, tumbling waterfalls and sweeping mountain slopes in the Brecon Beacons. Trek for loved ones, and raise money so together we can find a cure.

Story

We all work for the memory assessment service, supporting people and their families with dementia through the assessments, diagnosis, treatments and beyond. Most of us have also been affected by dementia in our personal lives. We walk in support of the fight against dementia and in memory of those who have passed with this horrible illness. We walk in support of no stigma, better services and in the hope of a cure. We are the MAS team.

Please Note: Due to Covid restrictions in Wales we are now doing this walk unguided and unsupported by marshalls on Sunday 4th July so please keep giving and support us on this now very wild adventure!

100% of donations are still going to Alzheimer's Society 😊

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
