Story

This race is actually on the 13th March and not February but the page link from the charity has the incorrect date.

The first time Carla ever visited Falmouth was in 2016 when Mark was due to run the Falmouth Half. Unfortunately Mark had a very bad chest infection and couldn't do the run but we still came to support the other runners and have a bit of a break.

Mark has run several half's and although signed up to the Reading half three times he never got to run it for various reasons. This will be the first half for Carla and with an exceptionally hilly course to conquer, training for us starts in earnest in the New Year.

Now we actually live in Falmouth, it seems right for the Hammond's to run the course in their new home town, raising money for Cornwall Hospice Care who are a well known charity here.
