Taking part, joining #TeamMind for the 2024 Lake District Ultra Challenge in a 50km hike in one of the more incredible and scenic parts of the UK.

Mind believes no one should face a mental health problem alone. They are there for everyone, whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. They’ll listen, give support and advice, & fight your corner.
