Before and After!

Everyone is struggling right now, We are living through unprecedented times. Anxiety is at an all time high and we are isolated from our normal support groups. It is more important now than ever to ensure those must vulnerable amongst us get the support they need. It’s when times get hard that you realise just how much people go through, you also realise how little we do to actually help. We think that now is the best time for us to try and do what little we can, sometimes the smallest gestures can make a world of difference. At the end of the month we are going to shave our heads to raise some money, it’s only a small gesture and we only ask for a small donation. Please donate whatever you can.

Al Burns, Joss Fisher and Charlie Henthorn are shaving their heads for Mind and its not going to be pretty. no one really wants to see us walking around with bald heads but i guess thats kind of the point. Didn’t think Alan could look any worse but I guess we will find out. Everyone knows somebody affected by mental health, those that struggle will need help now more than ever. We are doing what little we can to try and raise some money, so give us what you can! We are not looking forward to going bald.
