Story

Peter spent his last four weeks in the wonderful care of everyone at St Wilfrid’s Hospice. He received such amazing care and love from all the staff. As a family we too were always welcome to be with him, and just felt so loved and supported, thank you to all the amazing staff at St Wilfrid’s. Peter loved the song ‘The Bare Necessities’ from the Jungle Book.

St Wilfrid’s hospice needs £8 Million a year to keep providing the wonderful care to those in the community with terminal cancer and those staying in the hospice. They get a small amount from the NHS, so any donation will help to continue to provide wonderful support to those needing their care.

I, Barbara and a lovely group of family and friends will walking to support this wonderful organisation.
