Story
Last April, I suffered a serious head injury while playing football and lost my sense of smell. You don’t realise how much it matters until it’s gone—taste dulls, memories lose their triggers, and everyday scents you took for granted just disappear.
Smell loss is rarely talked about, but it has a real impact. That’s why I’m taking on this tough challenge with two of my best friends—to raise money and awareness for those, like me, who’ve lost their sense of smell.
We are running from Dublin to Galway, 265km over 5 days in May, well over a marathon a day. Any donation, big or small, would help this small charity make a big difference.
