I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on behalf on Meeting Needs, a charitable foundation.

Meeting Needs was set up 21 years ago by senior members of the events industry and during that time has raised over £1m. Money raised is distributed by way of grants of up to £5000 to vetted charities. Any money distributed is to be used for a specified project. Projects supported over the years range from building a water harvesting system in Tanzania for Champion Chanzige, furnishing rooms for Ella's to provide safe houses, care and community for survivors of trafficking and supporting Electric Umbrella to create a free to access online programme of live interactive music-based sessions for any learning disabled people in the UK to attend multiple times per week, all year.
