We are Team Telecare24 - A group of likeminded co-workers from Cardiff who see the daily impact of Alzheimer's and Dementia on the individual and their families. We have been lucky enough to work for a company who is able to offer support for people in their own homes, giving peace of mind to them and their loved ones. However, what we also know is that this illness, eventually will surpass the support available and the impact of this disease is devastating to thousands of people every day.

So we have decided to take the fight to Alzheimer's and fundraise as a team. With the hope that the money raised will help to support anybody affected. Every penny will go directly to the Alzheimer's society. By working together we can make a real difference.

Our team is just that! A team of co-worker's and more importantly friends, who love our adventures. We are looking forward to the challenge of trekking through the Brecon Beacons, scrambling down the tracks and getting probably rather muddy, as we know better than most, what a Welsh Summer looks like! That won't matter, come rain or shine we are excited to get out there and put our walking boots on .....Our boots and our team were definitely made for this walk.
