In June 2024, We are taking on a Mighty Hike in the stunning Lake District to raise money for people living with cancer.

Cancer has touched so many of our lives, including many of us here in the YPS family. That's why our team are taking on a Mighty Hike during June, up and down the stunning Lake District hills, to raise money for people living with this terrible disease.

We have pledged to raise £10,000 and would appreciate any support in reaching this target that you feel you can give.

Macmillan is the largest cancer care charity in the UK, helping people affected by cancer with physical, financial and emotional support. By 2021, Macmillan were able to help over 2 million people in a single year, so, together, all our donations make a huge difference.

Some examples of the vital work Macmillan carry out, and how donations support this, are:

£132 could pay for a Macmillan support worker for a day

£335 could fund a tablet for Macmillan Nurses to conduct assessments in a more personal way

£420 could pay for a medium Macmillan benefits advice service for one day
