Story
We're taking on the Jurassic Ultra Challenge — 25km of tough terrain — in support of our amazing dad, who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease last May, and in memory of our uncle, who sadly passed away from MND last year.
MND is a devastating, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord. It can impact how a person walks, talks, eats, drinks and breathes. Right now, there is no cure.
We're raising money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association to help fund vital research, care and support. The MNDA is working towards a future where MND is no longer a life-shortening condition — and we want to be part of making that future possible.
Your support means the world to us. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference:
£120 could provide an overbed table, helping someone with MND to eat, drink and read more comfortably
£280 could fund the coordination of care for someone at an MNDA Care Centre for a year
£500 could provide a tablet with specialist communication software, so someone can stay connected with loved ones
Thank you for helping us take steps — quite a few of them! — towards a world free from MND.
