Story

We are running the Mercedes Marathon as a relay team on February 13, 2022 in honor of Theo Studstill. Theo will turn 3 years old in February and is in his final year at The Bell Center. To celebrate this and the milestones he has hit due to his amazing parents and the resources available to him in this community, we have pledged to raise $100/mile. That's $2,620. Please donate what you can to help us reach our goal.

This year's awesome team consists of:

Alison Henninger (crazy ultra runner, one of Theo's first BellRunners, frequently referred to as MVP)

Allison Bassett (marathoner, lover of 5k's, Theo's mom's college friend and sorority sister)

Amy Uffinger (10k runner, peloton enthusiast, all while juggling three little Uffingers and making carpool look easy)

Jon Studstill (THEO'S DAD!! He hasn't officially committed, but I'm typing it anyway.)

Robin White (9th year as a BellRunner, friends with Theo's mom since kindergarten, stroller pushing since 2011)

The Bell Center is dedicated to maximizing the potential of children from birth to three years of age who are at risk for developmental delay.
The staff of The Bell Center begins the work of maximizing a child's potential as soon as the child is evaluated. This evaluation assesses a child's strengths and weaknesses across five developmental domains: gross motor, fine motor, expressive and receptive language, cognition, and emotional/social. From this assessment, each member of the child's transdisciplinary team develops goals in each area specific to that child.
The Bell Center follows a transdisciplinary approach to providing early intervention services. This allows all areas of the child's development to be targeted every time they are at The Bell Center. Through this frequent targeting of developmental goals comes success as goals are achieved. As one goal is mastered, the next appropriate goal is targeted, ensuring that the child is always striving to maximize their potential.
