We're walking around 8 miles in support of Derby County Community Trust (the Trust) and Team Talk (https://www.derbycountycommunitytrust.com/programmes/health/team-talk) – an initiative run by the Trust where men can get together a few times a week and support each other with their struggles.

It provides a friendly, safe space for men to discuss their mental health, make friends and support each other.

We have all learnt that it's important for men to talk about their mental health, and want to encourage others to do so.
