We are 2 running sisters who like to run for different local charities and why not run around an Airport at 8am on a cold Sunday Morning!

Every year Cornwall Air Ambulance attends around 1000 Critical Care missions, delivering fast & effective emergency care to patients in their moment of need. As a charity the air ambulance relies on the generosity of community groups, individuals and businesses to help raise the £5.5million a year.
