The Simpson Millar Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence Teams are raising money for Child Brain Injury Trust in support of our team of runners in the Great Manchester Run 2023.

We are raising money to support the vital help the charity Child Brain Injury Trust provide to children and their families affected by brain injury. Help is at hand with support and advice in the hospital setting, in the community, in educational settings , face to face,, virtually and on the phone. The Charity also offer help advice and signposting on their fantastic App CBIT In Hand.

As Personal Injury Solicitors we witness first hand the life changing effects of a brain injury and we act for children and their families where the injury has arisen as the result of a negligent act of another party. Where there is a legal claim we can access and help put into place funding for rehabilitation and continuing treatment and care.

However many child brain injuries can just happen , not as a result of anybody’s fault as a result for example of a stroke or a brain tumour. The Child Brain Injury Trust is here to help. Their help, advice and support is unconditional and they are here to help and support in all situations.
