Step Up
Campaign by Saint Francis Hospice (RCN 275913)
Our nurses walk, on average, 12'000 steps every single shift, caring for local people who are suffering with life limiting illnesses. Support our amazing nurses by stepping into their shoes and walking 12'000 steps a day for 12 days. #StepUpforSFH

Story

In January this year, we got the devastating news our beautiful Nan was suffering from terminal lung cancer. The news has completley rocked our family and with the added pressure of the pandemic, finding the right care for our lovely Nan became so very difficult. We were absolutley delighted to get a referral to Saint Francis Hospice who have given the best quality care. The nurses have been so caring and kind to our whole family, giving us the strength we needed during this time. We now have our lovely Nan home with us where the hard work of these nurses continue and we want to do our little bit to help as many families continue to need this support that they so wonderfully provide. We will be taking the step up challenge this march and ask as many of you to get involved and any donations would be so greatly appreciated!
