We are running a fun-filled RSD Colour Run to support the Royal Marines Charity and Aware NI. Both of these charities do amazing work: the Royal Marines Charity offers assistance to serving and former Royal Marines and their dependents. Aware NI offers support and education for people living with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
