We fulfil unforgettable Special Days to support seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds

Story

As many of you know, each year we take on a challenge to raise funds for one of our favourite charities. This year we will be focusing on our charity partner, the Willow Foundation.

This year, 14 of us will be attempting the Three Peaks Challenge – a mammoth hike up not one, not two, but THREE mountain peaks. The highest, in fact, across England, Scotland and Wales.

We’ll be lacing up our hiking boots and scaling the dizzy heights of Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis, and Snowdon. That’s a combined climb of 3,064 metres, or 23 miles – all in just 24 hours!

So, why are we doing it? It’s to support the amazing work the team at Willow does every single day – helping seriously ill young people make precious memories with family and friends in their toughest times.

Willow does this in two ways. By designing bespoke, uplifting care packages known as Special Treats, and by organising Special Days. The latter could be a pampering day out, a peaceful short break, a meet-and-greet with a childhood hero, or a bucket list experience that fulfills a lifelong dream.

Willow creates moments that mean the world, and lasting, lifelong memories to be truly cherished.

Please get behind us and donate what you can for this incredible cause. Any contributions big or small will be gratefully received. As will any words of encouragement (we’re going to need all we can get!).

Thanks in advance for your support,

The RLD Three Peaks team
