Between 19/07/23 and 23/07/23 Martin and I will be partaking in a London to Paris charity bike ride for Claire House Children’s Hospice. Claire House Children's Hospice helps seriously & terminally ill children live life to the full, creating wonderful memories & bringing back a sense of normality to family life.

Through specialist nursing & emotional support, Claire House helps families smile when life couldn't get any tougher.

In the last six years, the amount of children coming to the hospice has increased by 84% so they desperately need funds to ensure that they can continue caring for more and more local children in the community. Currently, for every child they help there is at least one they cant. By providing specialist nursing and end of life care, as well as emotional support Claire House helps families through some of the toughest times of their lives.
