At the end of last year, we asked our team to nominate a charity to support for 2023. We're pleased to announce that the chosen charity is The Christie Charitable Fund.

The Christie is a fantastic charity, and considering cancer will touch most of us in some shape or form during our lifetimes, it's unsuprising it has been nominated as our 2023 charity.

The Christie is the largest single site cancer centre in Europe, and one of the top Ten 10 cancer centres in the world.

They have been pioneering cancer research breakthroughs for over a century, and have achieved several 'world firsts', including the use of stem cell therapy and image guide radiotherapy, and treat over 60,000 cancer patients every year.

There are lots of ways we will be supporting The Christie in 2023.

Our first event will be The 'Christie Tower Run' on 12th March. We will be running up one Manchester’s most iconic buildings, the Beetham Tower. The tower is 798 steps and ascending 171 metres.

We will be getting involved in other events throughout the year to support our charity, such as the Great Manchester Run, the Praetura Bikeathon and the Walk of Hope.
