Join us on our journey to support North-East cancer patients by being part of our 2024 Great North Run!

Every step you take, every donation you make, will bring comfort to cancer patients in need. Your generosity fuels our services, and ensures patients reach their treatment safely and with dignity.

About the charity

Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care, provides a free transport service to and from the Freeman/RVI Hospitals for outpatients undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy treatment – some from as far afield as the Scottish Borders, North Yorkshire and West Cumbria.
