This year Lou will be back to running the 10k after being forced to do the 5k last year following a Covid infection a month before the run.

Stu and Neve will be running the 5k and are unable to blame anything for this other than a complete lack of training.

We‘re all running (possibly a bit of fast-ish walking and swearing from the male contingent) in memory of loved ones who have benefitted from the wonderful care provided by the Hospice.
