We lost our beautiful Maisam to suicide in September 2021 to suicide following a mental health breakdown. He died 4 days after seeing and emergency clinician who dismissed him because he was "well dressed and well spoken". His death was entirely preventable had he had the help he so desperately needed.

He was extraordinary. The kindest, funniest, most wonderful man, husband, father to our now 3yr old son. We miss him beyond words.

We walk though life every day now without him, but for him.
