Kim is running the London marathon and Yorkshire Three Peaks Race six days apart to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Cardiomyopathy UK. These charities both helped, and are still helping, Kim's friend's daughter, Layla, after she was born with cardiomyopathy, a condition that makes it hard for her heart to pump blood around her body. Layla is doing well but her care is ongoing and these charities are doing a great job!
