Story
After I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in July 2021 my lovely friend Zoe suggested we take on a challenge, on completing my treatment. So, here we are….nearly a year later: 7 rounds of chemo and 6 hours of surgery done, soon to embark on the Cotswold Way, to raise funds for two brilliant Cancer charities and celebrate life, love, family and fabulous friendships!
I am keen to open this walk up to anyone who wants to join me...don't worry, there will be a party at the end!
Please follow the below links to see/donate to the charities
1st Team - Ovacome - is the national UK ovarian cancer charity focused on providing support and information to anyone affected by ovarian cancer.
2nd Team -Cyclists Fighting Cancer - We help children and young people living with cancer across the UK regain their physical fitness, improve mental wellness and reduce social isolation by giving them new lightweight bikes, specially adapted trikes, tandems, other equipment and support.
