Story

Team Lascala are taking part in CambridgeMemoryWalk

Thank you for taking the time to visit our team Just Giving page. We have joined together as a family to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.

This charity is particularly close to our hearts, with Veronica (pictured) - suffering from this cruel, relentless and unpredictable disease.

As Steve's wife, Anna-liese's mum, Stu's mother-in-law and Lois & Zara's Nanna - we love and adore this lady and whilst so helpless to help her in so many ways as this disease takes its toll, joining together as a family and quite literally putting our best foot forward seems like the right thing to do to raise some funds to aid research which may help others in the future.

If you feel able to spare a few pennies to support us and this important cause, it would be very much appreciated.

Many thanks.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
