We have both decided to take on the challenge of running the Cardiff half marathon on the 6th October to raise money for the incredible children's charity Ty Hafan.

Ty Hafan is children's charity based in Penarth, South Wales. They provide support and care to children who have life limiting conditions as well as providing unconditional support to their families. They have a palliative care centre where children can receive end of life care in a bright, loving and comfortable environment and they offer respite services where children can stay over night to allow parents and carers to have time to themselves.

With both of us studying to work in paediatric job roles, we believe this is such an incredible charity to be raising money for 💚
