Call it a midlife crisis, call it a form of temporary madness, but Matthew and Alison are taking on some major physical challenges in 2023.

Matthew is raising money (of course!) for East Anglian Air Ambulance and Alison for Dementia UK.

We are both running the London Marathon in April (postponed from 2020, so we are more than 5% older and now much more decrepid!). Matthew is also doing all three Trek 24 mile events organised by East Anglian Air Ambulance and their annual ‘toughmudder’ 10 mile event, Only the Brave.
