Walk of Hope 2022
Campaign by Brain Tumour Research (RCN England and Wales 1153487, Scotland SC046840)
Ever-popular and attracting more supporters than ever, the national Brain Tumour Research Walk of Hope is back, taking place on Saturday 24th September 2022. Will you step forward?

Story

My daughters, grandchildren and I are doing this Walk of Hope in memory of my husband David. We want to raise funds for this devastating disease in the hope that one day they will find a cure or better treatments for anyone diagnosed with a brain tumour.

We are doing the #WalkofHope in Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton on 24th September wearing our pink branded t-shirts.

There are many other walks happening around the country on the same day to support this charity.

Together hopefully we will find a cure.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
