We are the How We Heal Sisterhood and we are running the Run Leicester 10k/Half Marathon for Freedom4Girls.

We are a community of women wanting to grow and develop together and are passionate about seeing positive change in the world and therefore we want to support the incredible work of Freedom4Girls. Freedom4Girls are a UK registered charity focused on tackling period poverty in local communities. They work to support those who menstruate by challenging the stigmas, taboos and gender inequalities associated with menstruation. This is done by providing free period products, providing educational workshops and promoting product choice and supporting environmentally and financially sustainable options.
