We are doing a firewalk in aid of Northern Ireland Chest, Heart and Stroke.

A friend of ours, Jennie Wallace suffered a life changing stroke at the age of 41 and has inspired us all with her recovery. Her previously full, busy life as a business owner, employer, mother, wife & lover of life was shattered in an instant.

She never lost her love for life, but she did lose the ability to walk & control the left hand side of her body.

Jennie has set up this amazing event and is going to do the firewalk and we wanted to support by joining her and raising as much money as we can.

It’s also made us aware that strokes are one of the top four causes of death for women, and menopause massively increases the risks for women.
