We are undertaking this 12 mile sponsored walk around The Chilterns in support of the Rennie Grove Hospice Care charity who are currently offering our amazing mum ongoing care and support to her in her own home. We are a brother and sister team and started off with a childhood from our mum that gave us a great love of outdoor adventures. It was her idea to send us on this!

About the charity- Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a registered charity offering services to support local patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. By offering a 24-hour responsive hospice at home service in combination with other services such as day hospice and family support, we allow our patients to choose how and where they want to be cared for towards the end of life.
