Inspired by Nika's placement on Neurocritical Care at Addenbrookes, hers and Alicia's journey towards becoming a yoga teacher and our whole team's interest in mental health (and shared passion for wine ) we're organising an evening of Yoga, Wine and Mindfulness.

So join us after your day at the hospital, regardless of your profession, whether you have done yoga before or it's your first time on the mat and let's flow together!

The actual event will take place on Monday, the 11th of November 2019 in the Hexagon, Addenbrookes from 7 pm-9 pm.
