Story

I started running following a Mental health episode, me suffering with Anxiety and depression is trying on all my family.

They stuck by me and supported me through it all and started to run with me, husband and both boys ❤️. Now we run as a family.

Every year Cornwall Air Ambulance attends around 1000 Critical Care missions, delivering fast & effective emergency care to patients in their moment of need. As a charity the air ambulance relies on the generosity of community groups, individuals and businesses to help raise the £5.5million a year.
