Story

Lee and I are taking part in The Ashridge House Fun Run to support The Hospice of St Francis. I have been working at the hospice for 22 years now and currently as the Director of care. It is a pleasure to be part of such an incredible organisation and to experience first hand the outstanding care we give to our community.
Throughout the pandemic our care has not stopped, you can help us continue to be that much needed hand in the darkness. We need your support more than ever. We receive very little funding from the NHS, every pound raised really does count. Please support us in making a difference to The Hospice of St Francis.

About the charity

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £6m we need each year to fund our free care.
