Update
I completed the London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday. I completed it in 2 hour 25 mins which included two stops - one comfort break and one to sort out a blister! It was a lovely day, though slightly windy. Roll on the 21st April.
Thank you so much to all of you that have donated 😊
In April 2024 I am running (jogging might be a better description) the London Landmark Half Marathon and the London Marathon! For both marathons I was fortunate to get ballot places. However, I have decided to take the opportunity to run for charity.
It was so difficult to choose one charity, so I have decided to run for two charities who do amazing work.
The first is the Autistic Girls Network. They are a small registered charity campaigning to raise awareness of how autism can present in girls and women so that those affected by autism can get diagnosed earlier and in turn gain access to the right support.
The second is Luton Foodbank. They are a registered charity whose aim is to eradicate food poverty in Luton. With the cost of living crisis worsening day by day, this is felt hardest by those families already experiencing poverty and struggling to meet the rising cost of food and utilities.
If you wish to donate, please select the charity you wish to donate you can by clicking on the GIVE NOW button for the relevant charity.
Lots of Love
