Our courageous team, wanted to unite the Finance community within Compass UK&I Ltd with a common purpose and goal, to get active and raise money for this great cause.

Our trekkers weren't able to visit Nicaragua in 2020, but that wont stop us from getting in the 5,300 miles to reach Nicaragua virtually!

CYCLE > WALK > RUN > PUSH = 5,300 MILES

Springboard help people to overcome barriers to employment, build confidence and improve on or gain new skills through training, mentoring, CV workshops and interview support, helping people to retain jobs and start careers in hospitality and tourism futureproofing the talent pipeline as these industries heal and rebuild.
