We definitely heal our souls via sea swimming. The benefits are incredible. We have NEVER swum 6km!

This will be a huge challenge,but will be worth it! It will be nice to give something back and raise money for children with disabilities to enjoy the water and get the benefits of it!

Our current target is to swim 2k by Christmas, then 4K by Easter ! We are currently on target, both of us are up to 5km, now onwards to the big 6km for July.

Every penny will help and go to a fantastic charity
